The POIC East Campus is envisioned to be a groundbreaking development in partnership with the non-profit, POIC. The campus is currently designed to consist of a four-story, +/-60,000 sq. ft. building that will house a 150-student alternative education high-school, office space for up to 60 administrative employees, youth services departments, an innovation lab, community retail space, along with a gym for POIC's new athletic prep program which will also be shared with the community. HMS is working closely with the city of Gresham's Redevelopment Commission on this public/private partnership.
