Kerry has over 18 years of real estate experience working in a diverse set of roles. Early in his career he worked in the property management industry, learning how to operate properties at the site level with a ground-up approach. The bulk of his career was then with the financial intermediary HFF, where he participated in the successful financing, investment sales and equity placement of over $2.47 billion in 98 separate transactions. These transactions encompassed over 15,000 multi-housing units, along with approximately seven million square feet of retail, industrial, and office properties. After his time with HFF, he was a partner in a boutique investment & development firm in Portland that executed over $40 million in acquisitions and development.

Kerry attended the University of North Dakota for his undergraduate degree and attended Portland State University’s graduate certificate program for Real Estate Development. He has served on committees for ULI Northwest and Portland State University.
