Originally constructed in 1909 as a building for the Ideal Candy Co., the Dehen building is a timber and masonry building that is currently occupied with office and retail tenants. HMS acquired the building in 2020 and completed a renovation of the building common area interiors. The property is well located on 10th Avenue in the Pearl District.
